Company Overview
The common goal for each or our organizations is to provide services to children and families including comprehensive early childhood education, family support, and nutrition and health services.
The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) manages administrative functions for Educare of Omaha, Educare of Lincoln, Omaha Early Learning Centers, Early Childhood Services and NECC.
This shared-services model is used to maximize efficiency and raise the quality of early childhood education programs. NECC provides both back-office services (recruiting, human resources, payroll and fiscal management) and program services (coaching, professional development, enrollment, and substitute pool) to the centers.
