Metro Area Cleaning is a residential and small commercial cleaning service that provides a new standard of cleaning. We provides a service that is a step above traditional cleaning services meaning this will be a deep cleaning service, not a surface cleaning job. M.A.C is owner/operated and founded in 2008 by Sarah Samek. Because of the quality service M.A.C. provides, our client base is constantly growing. It is a must that the person/s we choose to add to our M.A.C. family possesses a high attention to detail and have the ability to provide thorough work while being efficient with time. Multitasking plays a large roll in establishing a system in each home. Each home is unique and tailored to Clients needs.
What to expect: To start this will be a part time position with varying times and days, the work load will be set to your schedule. As the candidate proves themselves to be a good fit and provide an excellent job, the work load will increase. The pay will be based on job performed, meaning this position pays a percentage of the profits of each home. Each home pays for the adequate time to get the job done right. You will start at a percentage rate that equals 10.00 - 12.50 an hour for each hour spent in the home. As you continue to do a great job, the pay will increase. Upon completion of training, you will be given jobs based on your schedule.
What you will need: A valid drivers license and a reliable source of transportation.
Important information to know: You will be hired as an Independent Contractor and will be responsible for your own federal, state and payroll taxes. You will also be required to use your own vehicle after completion of training (during training you will ride with Sarah, owner/operator). At some point in the future a company vehicle may be provided.
