Company Overview
Early Out Services, Inc. (EOS) and General Service Bureau, Inc. (GSB) are two separate companies that operate under the same mission of "Enhancing the Financial Well-Being of Others". EOS associates act as an agent to the healthcare provider when resolving patients' medical bills and operate as an extension of the hospital or clinic business office. GSB associates take a consultatvie method to debt collection in order to provide a positive customer service approach to resolving consumer accounts.
As two organizations with one culture, we work hard and we play hard too! Employees enjoy a family-friendly and team-oriented atmosphere where many special events and celebrations are held throughout the year. Our culture is also about giving back to the community. We support a number of local and national non-profit organizations.
Company History
EOS and GSB collectively comprise a family-owned and operated business. Since 1946, this Omaha, Nebraska-based group has been a leader in health care debt collection and receivables management services for health care organizations nationwide.
