A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a PMHNP to serve in a blended clinical and leadership role supporting children, youth, and families. This position offers the opportunity to shape programs and expand access to care across the Des Moines, Iowa region.


Position Overview:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning and crisis support while leading clinical strategy, program development, and service innovation
• Design and implement evidence-based, trauma-informed care models
• Provide consultation, mentorship, and guidance to clinical teams
• Use data and outcomes to improve programs and drive decision-making
• Position includes about 15% direct patient care

Qualifications:

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/ PMHNP
• 5+ years clinical experience; 3+ years leadership or program development
• Experience with youth, families, or high-risk populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
